Carrot cake with chocolate sauce
While living alone is always good to know how to cook... This cake is extremely easy to do and will make you feel in heaven.

Carrot cake
Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 cup of oil
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbs of chemical yeast
- a bit of salt

How to prepare
Step 1
First of all, peel and chop the carrots. Then break the eggs, measure the sugar and the oil. Put them in the blender and turn it on.
Step 2
When it is homogeneous, turn the blender off. Then measure the wheat flour and the salt and put it in a bowl. Mix until it gets homogeneized.
Step 3
Use butter and wheat flour to anoit the board. Pre heat the oven to 200°C degrees. Open the oven after 60 minutes to check if it's roast. Take the cake out and using a fork make small holes.
Attention! Do never open the oven before 40 minute!
Chocolate sauce
- 2 and a half cup of milk
- 4 tbs of sugar
- 4 tbs of chocolate powder
- 1 tbs of maize
- 2 tbs of butter
- a bit of salt
How to prepare
Step 1
In one medium pan, put 2 cups of milk. the sugar, the chocolate powder, the butter and the salt. Take them into the fire and mix until it get homogeneized.
Step 2
In other cup, put the rest of the milk and the maize and mix it to homogenize. Put everything on the fire and mix.
Step 3
Mix the sauce until it gets the point that you make a trace and it doesn't get back to the way it was.
Step 4
Get the sauce and put it on your cake. Now you can enjoy this delicious and easy making food.
